Meet Kaitlin

Kaitlin Godfrey serves as Director of Concierge Services at The Thigpen Group, where she is dedicated to delivering proactive and thoughtful client experience. She focuses on deepening relationships and ensuring each client receives the utmost care and attention. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Kaitlin earned her degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Public Relations from Mississippi State University and is a proud Bulldog and Chi Omega alumna. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Director of Development at Wesley Biblical Seminary in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Known for her relational approach, Kaitlin is passionate about building meaningful connections and caring for others both professionally and personally.

Deeply involved in her community, Kaitlin has served on the Madison-Ridgeland Academy Gardens fundraising committees, with the Junior League of Jackson, and on the board of Redeemed Women Gathering. She also serves on the board of the Ferguson Family Charitable Foundation and is active at Madison Methodist Church, where she has served in women’s ministry for several years and is involved in Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, and small groups. She previously served as a Diplomat for the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys playing tennis, hosting family and friends, playing mahjong whenever she finds a little free time, and drinking too much coffee while indulging her love of reading. She and her husband, Brad, especially enjoy cheering on and supporting their three children in all their activities. In 2025, she and her oldest son traveled to Honduras on a mission trip, and they can’t wait to go back this year.
