As a Client Service Associate at The Thigpen Group, Kendall plays a key role in creating a warm, seamless experience for clients from their very first interaction with the firm. With an extensive background in administrative healthcare, Kendall brings a strong ability to build relationships, maintain organized workflows, and navigate fast-paced environments with ease.

Kendall’s attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to helping others equip her to provide a seamless experience for clients, advisors, and leadership alike. Her professional journey has always centered around serving people, with a strong focus on community, communication, and creating meaningful experiences.

Outside of the office, Kendall is known for her compassionate nature and devotion to her family. She and her husband, Brent, reside in Flowood, Mississippi, with their four children, Peyton, Whitten, Maybre, and Olivia. Kendall loves the beach, Ole Miss football, baking, traveling, and most of all, keeping up with her kids.
